This video, part of the Strengthening Families Through Prevention and Collaboration: Child Welfare Virtual Expo (CWVE) 2020 learning experience, presents a behind-the-scenes glimpse to help child welfare staff gain a deeper understanding of the dynamics of effective collaboration from multiple perspectives. Partners highlight their journeys and share their experiences of the adaptive challenges they faced in building the relationships and capacities needed to be an effective partner. The presentation also suggests strategies for avoiding pitfalls and addressing speedbumps along the way to implementing effective partnerships for primary prevention.
