This video, which is part of the 2020 Child Welfare Virtual Expo Learning Experience, presents a behind-the-scenes glimpse of effective collaboration to help child welfare staff gain a deeper understanding of the dynamics of effective collaboration from multiple perspectives. Partners highlight their journeys and share their experiences of the adaptive challenges they faced in building the relationships and capacities needed to be an effective partner. The presentation also offers suggested strategies for avoiding pitfalls and addressing speedbumps along the way to implementing effective partnerships for primary prevention.
