Description
While preparing for the Child and Family Services Review (CFSR), child welfare agency staff and their partners can use this Systemic Factor Data Planning Worksheet to plan for assessment of how well their case review system meets federal requirements. A well-functioning case review system provides individualized case-planning for children and families statewide and supports timely, high-quality administrative reviews, court reviews, and hearings.
Complete the worksheet’s fillable tables to:
- Document available data sources that can be used to respond to Statewide Assessment questions and demonstrate systemic factor functioning
- Plan to fill identified data gaps and address data limitations
