Description
Examines how child welfare agencies can assess and select the best possible intervention to address identified problems and unmet needs. Choosing an appropriate solution requires critical thinking about whether an existing intervention is a “good fit” and holds promise or if something new is needed. This series of eight videos examines intervention selection by considering essential functions or tasks. Function 7B reviews the final tasks of adapting or developing practice profiles to describe the everyday practice of a team implementing an intervention, training and coaching to reach a desired practice, and measuring fidelity and performance outcomes.
