This brief video, part of the Fostering a Healthy Workforce: Child Welfare Virtual Expo (CWVE) 2018 learning experience, describes different approaches that states are using to assess workforce needs. Speakers highlight critical data elements, analytic strategies, and external engagement and collaboration along with unique ways to use data in selecting workforce development interventions.
