This webinar provides an overview of how to assess agency readiness to put new programs and practices in place. The recorded webinar, Motivation and Capacity: Factors That Influence Organizational Readiness, includes examples from the field about how to engage a diverse set of stakeholders in assessing readiness and how to move the process forward. Presenters demonstrate how an agency might use a structured approach to understand organizational readiness, determine the best way to assess it, and identify and overcome barriers to assessment.
