Change and Implementation in Practice: Readiness Video Module 3
Presents factors that may impact plans to conduct an assessment, how teams can clearly communicate the need for the readiness assessment, and what teams need to consider before conducting an assessment.
This video examines how to assess agency readiness to put new programs and practices in place. Assessing readiness helps agencies prepare for a successful change initiative and proactively build capacity in needed areas. This series of five videos examines readiness by considering the purpose and benefits of assessing for readiness, identifying factors that contribute to readiness, developing an assessment approach, conducting an assessment, analyzing results, and determining next steps. Video 3 explores developing an assessment approach.
