Description
Examines how child welfare agencies can prepare for implementing an intervention, plan for capacity building, and develop an implementation plan. Before implementing a new practice, service, policy, strategy, program, or practice model, agencies can prepare the groundwork for success by outlining clear steps to implement the intervention and build needed capacity. This series of 11 videos examines implementation planning by considering essential functions or tasks. Module 9 explores the task of building the work plan activities to roll out the intervention and measure the quality of the implementation process, including any piloting or staging of the intervention.
