Examines how child welfare agencies can use a structured approach to monitor and evaluate the implementation and impact of a program or other intervention and apply findings. Monitoring and evaluation are essential activities for making informed decisions and guiding improvements. This series of 12 videos examines intervention monitoring, evaluating, and applying findings by considering essential functions, or tasks. Video 7 explores the task of developing a plan to implement the process and methods outlined in the evaluation plan to gather the necessary information and data and determine the effect of the process or program being evaluated.
