Examines how child welfare agencies can use a structured approach to monitor and evaluate the implementation and impact of a program or other intervention and apply findings. Monitoring and evaluation are essential activities for making informed decisions and guiding improvements. This series of 12 videos examines intervention monitoring, evaluating, and applying findings by considering essential functions, or tasks. Video 4 explores the task of identifying questions to help guide monitoring and evaluation, shape the date that is collected and analyzed, and support evaluation partners in developing measurable research questions.
