Description

Examines how to create and use teams to manage change. Achieving effective, sustainable change at a child welfare agency is more likely with a team in place to lead and organize the implementation process. This series of six videos breaks down teaming into six tasks or functions. Module 2 explores the second task: identifying members to ensure diverse representation across all levels and positions within the organization and defining the team structure to clarify roles and responsibilities and encourage collaboration among team members.
