This video helps individuals further understand strategies and prepare for work with teams. Implementation science frameworks highlight the importance of beginning with problem exploration. The process helps a team better understand the problem fully before developing a solution. This series of six videos breaks down the process into six tasks or functions. Module 1 explores the first task of identifying a problem and provides examples of how to apply strategies. Needs and opportunities for improvement generally emerge through a source of data or information, such as federal reviews, data reports, assessments, CQI activities, stakeholder groups, and media.
