This video helps individuals further understand strategies and prepare for work with teams. Implementation science frameworks highlight the importance of beginning with problem exploration. The process helps a team better understand the problem fully before developing a solution. This series of six videos breaks down the process into six tasks or functions. Module 2 explores the second task of creating a data plan to investigate the problem further. Creating a well-thought-out data plan allows the team to outline and communicate how they will explore the identified problem and move toward identifying a possible root cause or causes.
