The FELA resources listed on this guide can be used alone or together to help agencies build individual, team, and agency capacity to engage and collaborate with families.
Helps child welfare administrators, managers, supervisors, and others acquire a high-level understanding of the Family Empowerment Leadership Academy (FELA) collection of products, a large and complex set of existing resources that supports agencies and family leaders in applying a structured, research-based approach to planning, initiating, and sustaining family engagement and empowerment programs and strategies. Resources in the FELA collection include the FELA Implementation Manual, FELA individual e-learning modules, and FELA group learning curriculum.
