Helps child welfare administrators, managers, supervisors, and others acquire a high-level understanding of the Family Empowerment Leadership Academy (FELA) collection of products, a large and complex set of existing resources that supports agencies and family leaders in applying a structured, research-based approach to planning, initiating, and sustaining family engagement and empowerment programs and strategies. Resources in the FELA collection include the FELA Implementation Manual, FELA individual e-learning modules, and FELA group learning curriculum.
