This guide outlines a step-by-step process to plan and facilitate a learning event that will help webinar viewers apply new knowledge to their work. It includes sample opening questions, conversation starters, questions to prompt planning, activities to wrap up a session, and prompts to check on progress after the event. Activities can support in-person or virtual group trainings, team meetings, one-on-one coaching, supervision sessions, or individual reflection to build understanding and spark change. The guide can be used with any Capacity Building Center for States webinar on child welfare topics.
