Description

Listen in to a conversation about successful approaches and lessons learned as these state leaders moved from planning into action.

Bring your team together to discuss reflections and ideas sparked by the Roundtable stories. Consider using the following questions as discussion prompts:

  1. What are some additional capacities that could help us move our plan into action?
  2. What do we need to consider as we think about staffing the development and/or implementation of our prevention plan?
  3. Why is leadership and vision so important for building and maintaining the capacity to plan and implement prevention activities?

Pair the video with the Building Capacity to Address Common Challenges planning tool as your team explores prevention program selection.
