Recruiting and retaining child welfare workers are recurring challenges faced by public child welfare systems. Using an innovative child welfare workforce recruitment, education, and retention program launched at the University of Kentucky, this recording illustrates how leveraging technology can enhance marketing practices and strategies and help improve the outcomes of child welfare employee recruitment and retention initiatives.
