Description
"Transformational leadership" is a trending phrase in child welfare, but what does it really mean to motivate and be motivated by professionals at all levels of the workforce? In this recorded workshop, presenters share their experiences with leading and supporting their leaders and offer practical strategies for child welfare professionals, no matter their role. The workshop also highlights how authenticity and awareness of positional power can help shape leadership journeys and explores how engaging community of care supports can get anyone started on developing the skills they need to lead and support their leaders.
