Description

This webinar presents a shared vision for strengthening families, using the Child and Family Services Plan (CFSP) as a blueprint for reorienting child welfare systems toward prevention, and integrating planning and system improvement efforts across agencies, courts, and other partners based on data-informed decision-making.

Throughout the webinar, teams of representatives from child welfare agencies, legal and judicial communities, and prevention partners discuss a joint vision for child welfare that focuses on strengthening families through primary prevention, avoiding maltreatment and unnecessary family separation, and starting work on each jurisdiction’s 2020–24 CFSP.
