As a consultant and subject matter expert at the Center for States, Paul DiLorenzo, A.C.S.W., M.L.S.P., supports resource development and provides direct assistance to states in the area of prevention program development and supports collaboration and relationship-building between child welfare agencies and the communities they serve.
Mr. DiLorenzo currently is serving as the Interim Executive Director of the Philadelphia Children's Alliance, the city’s multidisciplinary teams process for children who have been sexually abused. He recently completed a 13-year tenure at Casey Family Programs as a Senior Director for Strategic Consulting. Mr. DiLorenzo led a large, private child welfare agency in Philadelphia, worked in an administrative position in Pennsylvania state government, was the Director of Children's Policy in Philadelphia, served as the national Director of the Children’s Division at American Humane, and led federal and state funded projects as a consultant in multiple jurisdictions.
Mr. DiLorenzo has more than 40 years of experience in child welfare and youth development settings. He has written numerous publications and has been a guest keynote speaker at many professional events across the country, primarily on the topic of primary prevention and family support.
